President
Rich was born and raised in southwest Missouri where he began hunting at an early age. He attended the University of Missouri where he majored in Agricultural Mechanization. After spending several years in Lean Manufacturing with Caterpillar, he gained valuable executive experience with Merge Healthcare. Now the President of Allen Industries and Bolder River, he enjoys combining his fiberglass expertise with Bolder River to create the best outdoor products on the market.

Ely 's roots are planted in Central Missouri where he grew up on a farm, always hunting or working towards a better hunt. Ely is currently working on obtaining a degree in Agri-Business at Missouri Valley College where he also competes on the Shotgun Sports Team. Ely's area of expertise within Bolder River is designing the best custom parts and molds possible, to make your hunt more enjoyable.
